The Technology

What it does

The Caddy is a wireless touch screen computer that mounts into a golf cart that can be used to interactively display the golf course map, pictures, and fly overs for each hole. After a period of time the map is replaced by a revolving set of advertisements that are displayed on the viewer.

The viewer is WiFi enabled and accesses a server when in range of the wireless access point installed in the clubhouse to update golf course information and advertisements, which are cached on the viewer in the event that the viewer moves out of range.
